Sales Assistant, Financial Services Job available now! We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our Client’s dynamic financial services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of financial products such as IRAs, 401(k)s, and other lines of insurance products.

The candidate will primarily work from our Client’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, following up on leads generated from various sources, including our Client’s radio show, and scheduling meetings for the business owner. This dynamic and energetic businessowner is a leader in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Assistant, Financial Services:

Will have variety of responsibilities in this busy financial services office, including:

  • Utilize CRM to manage and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the business owner.
  • Assist in processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with leads generated from our Client’s radio show and other marketing efforts to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide support in selling financial and insurance products, Retirement Accounts.

Preferred Experience:

The Sales Assistant, Financial Services Job requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a financial services office or insurance agency (e.g., State Farm, Allstate).
  • Familiarity with financial products and the ability to discuss them knowledgeably.
  • Experience in handling client relationships and scheduling using a CRM system.

Additional Sales Assistant, Financial Services Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • This is an in-person role; the candidate must be willing to work in the office located in The Galleria area of Houston.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with regular raises for the right candidate, reflecting performance and dedication. Salary is likely in the $40k range DOE.

Team Structure: You will be joining a close-knit team of three, including two other assistants. Our office dynamic is fast-paced and collaborative, ensuring plenty of opportunities for professional growth.
